We’re looking for a Senior Editor to lead our editorial vision, guide our journalists, and shape high-impact stories that set the agenda in India’s innovation economy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead editorial planning, content strategy, and story curation
• Assign, edit, and polish news stories, features, interviews, and analysis pieces
• Work closely with writers and contributors to elevate reporting quality and storytelling
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and originality in daily and long-form coverage
• Maintain editorial standards, tone, and voice across all formats
• Build and grow a high-performing newsroom culture
• Collaborate with the founder on audience growth, special series, and editorial experiments

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of editorial experience in tech, business, or digital journalism
• Proven track record of editing sharp, engaging, and impactful content
• Deep understanding of India’s startup and tech ecosystem
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team of writers/reporters
• Excellent judgment, headline-writing skills, and editorial instincts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Bonus: Experience with newsletters, multimedia content, or audience development
